STUMP BEZOS
Anker is the best “born on Amazon” success story. In 2025, 46.37% of Anker’s sales happened on Amazon. How much in dollars in that?

💰 AMAZON TELLS YOU WHICH IMAGE to MAKE YOUR #2.
The average Prime shopper converts 74% of the time. They came to buy and they will buy something. The only question is whose listing gets the sale, and that gets decided by whether your images check the boxes on their mental list in the order they care about.
Anthony Cofrancesco ran a BDSC session on exactly this. Eight years selling on Amazon, formerly at PickFu and Data Dive, and his whole method comes down to pattern recognition. No camera. No Photoshop. Just knowing what buyers want to see and putting it in front of them first. The part you can do today takes about 15 minutes.
Step one: let Amazon tell you what matters
Open Seller Central. Go to Growth, then Product Opportunity Explorer. Enter your main keyword and find the Key Success Attributes section. Amazon lists the three to five things shoppers in that niche care about most, built from its own search and purchase data.
For dish towels, the list came back as material quality first (100% cotton, weave pattern), sizing second (kitchen towel vs. dish cloth), multi-pack options third.
Now open your listing. Does image two cover attribute one? Does image three cover attribute two? For most listings the answer is no. The sizing graphic sits in slot six. The material shot doesn't exist. Image two is a lifestyle photo that answers nothing.
If the order doesn't match, reorder. Move the sizing graphic from six to three. Change nothing else. Watch unit session percentage for 14 days against your prior 30-day average. This is the lowest-risk test on Amazon. You're rearranging what you already own.

Step two: break up the kitchen sink graphic
Find your busiest image. The one that says soft, absorbent, skin-friendly and durable all at once, with four icons and a wall of text. Shoppers are distracted. Dog barking, kid on the counter, phone in one hand. Dense graphics don't get read.
Pick the single most important point in that graphic (ideally attribute one from your POE list) and make it the only thing on the image. Anthony's prompt for ChatGPT or Gemini: "Create a single feature graphic for [product] that focuses ONLY on [one specific feature]. Show [product] on the left, feature callout on the right with large text and a two-sentence description. Clean, minimal design with lots of white space."
Swap the cluttered graphic for the focused one. Test it the same way. One change, 14 days.
Step three: add the type you're missing
There are only 18 kinds of images on Amazon. Anatomy graphics with arrows and callouts. Sizing graphics with a coffee mug for scale. Application grids showing four uses. Comparison charts. Testimonial graphics. How-to steps. Metrics. Before and after.
Screenshot the secondary images of your top five to ten competitors and tag each one by type. Any type that shows up in 40% or more of the niche and is missing from your stack is a hole. The most common gaps: no anatomy graphic, no sizing graphic, no testimonial graphic.
Testimonial is the cheapest fix. Pull three or four of your best reviews and prompt: "Create a testimonial graphic showing three customer reviews. Each with a 5-star rating visual, a one to two sentence quote, and a first name. Clean layout, [brand color] accents, white background, VERIFIED CUSTOMERS header at top." Thirty minutes, done.
The rules that keep this safe
Risk equals action times time. Change one thing. Check every two or three days. Revert if conversion drops more than 10% and holds for a week. Keep anything that improves, even 2%.
Then do it again next month. One test a month, twelve a year. Most sellers don't touch their images for a year, which is why a reorder that costs nothing can pass them.
Anthony's full walkthrough, the 18-type checklist, AI prompts for every image type, and his 12-month testing calendar are all in the replay inside the Billion Dollar Sellers Club, next to a growing library of sessions like it.

🕹️ TIKTOK SELLS IT and AMAZON SHIPS IT
All the gurus say you have to be on TikTok Shop. Marketplace Pulse just put numbers on that advice.
They matched the 10,000 biggest sellers on Amazon against the 10,000 biggest on TikTok Shop. Only 498 show up on both. That's 5%. And among those 498, rank on one platform tells you nothing about rank on the other.
Now the part that matters. One in five of TikTok Shop's top 100 sellers is also a top-10,000 Amazon seller. One in twenty-five of Amazon's top 100 is a top-10,000 TikTok Shop seller. Winning on TikTok makes you five times more likely to also win on Amazon than the reverse.
The road runs one direction.
TikTok makes people want things. Amazon is where they buy things. Twenty years of Prime built a reflex: card on file, delivery date promised, trusted reviews. Someone sees a product demo in their feed, opens Amazon, types the brand name, and checks out where they always check out.
This predates TikTok Shop. In 2021 a pair of leggings became Amazon's best-selling clothing item because TikTok videos that couldn't even link out sent millions of people to search for it on Amazon. A brand that wins the feed inherits an Amazon business it never had to build.
Nobody does the reverse. Amazon has tried for years to become a discovery platform. Amazon Live couldn't hold a thousand viewers. Inspire launched in 2022 and got shut down in 2025. Amazon is search-first. Period.

Amost nothing from your Amazon business transfers. Amazon success is rank, reviews, ad budget, and FBA inventory. TikTok success is a product whose result shows on camera in fifteen seconds, pushed by thousands of creators earning commission on every sale.
Most Amazon products fail that test. Charging cables. Storage bins. Printer paper. People search for these. Nobody films them.
And if your product does pass, the room is already sorted. On TikTok Shop, 1% of sellers drive 60% of sales. The door is open, but demand sits with brands that have been building creator relationships since day one.
What to focus on
Stop measuring TikTok in TikTok Shop orders. Measure it in Amazon branded searches. That's where the return lands.
If your product can be demonstrated on camera, fund creators and track branded search and Amazon sales, not just in-app GMV. If it can't be filmed, TikTok is not a channel for you. No listing tweak changes that. Put the money back into rank, reviews, ads, and inventory.
The next wave of brands will launch on TikTok and mature on Amazon. Your Amazon rank buys you nothing in the feed. Know which game you're in and play that one.

STOP LETTING CASH FLOW CAP YOUR GROWTH
Fast-growing Amazon sellers rarely have a demand problem. They have a timing problem. You pay suppliers weeks or months before inventory sells, and the faster you grow, the wider that gap gets. The next PO comes due before the last one has paid for itself.
Liquid Inventory from eCapital is a revolving line of credit backed by your inventory, built specifically for Amazon sellers. Use your inventory as collateral to fund bigger POs, restocks, and Prime Day/Q4 stock-ups, and as product sells through and balances are repaid, the funding becomes available again. Not a one-time advance. A line you use over and over.
"Traditional lenders couldn't see the inventory in our warehouse. We had to pledge personal collateral. Liquid Inventory has been a game-changer. We doubled sales in February and anticipate 100% revenue growth in 2026."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UGLY PHOTO TRICK to GET VINE REVIEWS
Most sellers hate Vine. Not the program. The reviewers.
Vine reviewers are tough graders. They guard their 5-star ratings like it's a job, and for some of them it is. A product that would settle at 4.6 with regular customers ends up at 4.2 or worse once the Vine units land. That hole can take hundreds, sometimes thousands, of sales to climb out of. Some launches never do.
A seller who leads a 7-figure group inside Titan Network stopped accepting that. His last 8 launches all opened at 4.7 or 4.8 after every Vine unit was redeemed. Sellers in his group have run the same play with similar results.
The idea is simple. A Vine reviewer is measuring one thing: what they got versus what they thought they were getting. That gap is the whole review. So lower what they expect, then beat it. Under-promise, over-deliver. Good advice for Vine. Good advice for life.

Here's how he does it.
Upload one bad photo. One. A plain shot, bad lighting, no editing. Good enough for Amazon to accept it and for the reviewer to know what the product is. You're not selling anyone at this stage.
Strip out the marketing. Title, bullets, description. Every claim is a promise, and a Vine reviewer will check every one you made. Anything that falls short is their reason to leave 3 stars instead of 5. Keep it plain and factual.
Price it low. The number one Vine complaint he gets is "good product, too expensive." Sell 3 to 5 units at full price first so you don't run into buy box trouble when you raise it back up.
Ship excellent packaging. Put the product in a really nice box that appears nowhere in the listing. He does this only for the first carton or two going into FBA, the ones the Vine reviewers will actually receive.
Two exceptions to the one-photo rule. Anything people eat, put in their body, or put on their body always gets an ingredients photo too. That's safety, not marketing. And if your product already ships in nice packaging, leave the box out of the photos and add those shots back after the Vine window closes.
Why it works
Almost nobody does this, so reviewers aren't onto it (yet …). With no box in the images, they're expecting a plain white or brown carton, maybe a poly bag. That's the bar. When a nice box shows up instead, they stop hunting for things to critique and start talking about the box. You've pointed their attention at something good, and they forget to pick apart the listing.
One more touch: an insert card about you, your small business, and your brand story. Put a face on the product. Just remember the goal is still low expectations for the product itself. The card is about you, not about how great the thing in the box is.
Three things to know first
Amazon sets your FBA fee from the Vine packaging, even if you switch to a smaller box later, and remeasurements only happen every 90 days. Price it out before you commit.
Once in a while a reviewer posts a photo of the nice box, and a real customer expects the same one. Nobody has complained to him about it yet. If those photos pile up, add a note to the listing. Not worth losing sleep over.
One last thing
This gets you better Vine reviews. That's all it does. It will not save a bad product. A strong open matters, because a low rating early can drag down the whole launch. But what decides your rating long term is what real customers think after Vine is over. If the product can't compete in its category, a perfect run of 5-star Vine reviews won't fix it.
Launch tactics like this get traded every month inside the Billion Dollar Sellers Club, and most of them never make it into the newsletter. You are missing out.

🗜️ AMAZON is MAKING NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES CHEAPER
Amazon rebuilt one of its best launch perks this past summer, and the no-effort version of it is already half over.
On July 30, 2026, the FBA New Selection Program (2026) replaced the old New Selection Program. Same concept, bigger benefits. If you have a new branded ASIN going live in the next few months, read this twice.
What a qualifying new parent ASIN gets:
Reduced referral fees on the first $25,000 in revenue for 365 days
120 days of storage, return processing and liquidation fee waivers on the first 200 units
90 days of free monthly storage
Bigger inbound placement fee credits than the old program
Promotional credits for coupons and Vine enrollments
Some of the referral and fulfillment fee credits are performance based. Hit early sales milestones, the credits kick in. Launch a dud, you get less. Amazon wants velocity, not shelf fillers.

Now the calendar part.
You have until October 31, 2026 for the introductory window. Anyone already in the old program was migrated automatically on July 30 and keeps the new benefits through October 31 without touching anything.
After October 31, it becomes opt-in. To keep getting benefits on ASINs launched after that date, you have to confirm your enrollment in Seller Central. One click. Also the kind of click half of you will forget. Do it this week.
Brand new to FBA? You're enrolled automatically when your first qualifying shipment checks in. Nothing to do.
Three moves:
Confirm enrollment now, even if your next launch is months out. There's no downside.
Rerun your launch math. Lower referral fees on the first $25K of revenue is real money you can redirect into PPC and coupons during the first weeks, when it matters most.
Time it. The 120-day fee waiver on your first 200 units and the 90 days of free storage are finite. Don't check inventory in and then let the launch stall.
Full details are in Seller Central under FBA New Selection Program (2026).
