👀 THE BEST SIDE EVENTS at AMAZON ACCELERATE

Amazon Accelerate (September 22 to 24. Seattle Convention Center, 4,000 sellers) has no shortage of parties. Scroll down and you'll see 17 of them. But there's one I'd pay attention to before any of the others.

My good friend Athena Severi hosts some of the best events in ecom.

This year it's the 7–9 Figure Ecom Founder Evening at Rider, one of Seattle's standout restaurants.

Here's what makes it different. It's a pre-vetted room. Every registration gets a short confirmation call before the invitation is approved, so the 100+ founders in the room are actual 7-, 8-, and 9-figure operators.

Introductions are curated based on what you're building, where you're stuck, and who you should know. There are founder insights on AI, TikTok, and AI Search from people doing it right now. And then a proper sit-down dinner. Not another night of drinks and passed appetizers.

September 22. 5pm. Rider, Seattle. ==> Request your invitation here

Tuesday's China Magic training is up as a replay

42 seconds in, Lyden puts a real purchase order on screen, 10% deposit and the balance 120 days after shipping. That one page kept $400K in his account instead of the factory's. Six levers, 67 minutes, and a 30 minute call at the end if the October trip is right for your products.

🔭 YOU GOTTA SEE THIS

How do you survive a devastating Amazon account suspension that wipes out a $35M business and leaves you $6M in debt? You negotiate that debt down to 11 cents on the dollar, pivot your entire strategy, and rebuild a $50M/year e-commerce empire.

In this episode of Marketing Misfits, Kevin King chats with Fernando Campos (Co-Founder of Hive HQ) to expose why the exact strategies that win on Amazon will actively bankrupt you on TikTok Shop.

Fernando breaks down the massive difference between "demand capture" and "demand creation," revealing why you need at least $15k/month to realistically test the waters on social commerce.

If you are an Amazon seller wondering why your TikTok Shop sales are flatlining despite sending out hundreds of free samples, this episode breaks down the exact math, affiliate strategies, and video hooks you are missing

🛠️ BDSN SOFTWARE TOOL of the DAY 🛠️

Ask ten Amazon sellers what a Category Listing Report is and eight will give you a blank stare. Ask the other two how to actually use one, and most will admit they requested it once, got back a spreadsheet with hundreds of columns of gibberish, and never opened it again.

That's a mistake. The Category Listing Report, or CLR, is the most complete look Amazon will ever hand you into what's actually live on your listings. And BDSS Dream 100 member Vanessa Hung built a free tool that makes it usable in minutes instead of hours.

What a category listing report actually is

The CLR is a downloadable file showing every backend attribute Amazon currently recognizes and enforces on your active listings, broken out by category. Not what you think you submitted. What Amazon actually has live right now, including anything a bad flat file, an old bulk upload, or even a competitor's edit silently changed.

If a listing is suppressed, a variation is broken, or a backend field looks wrong and Seller Support can't tell you why, the CLR is where the real answer lives.

How to get the full report

  1. In Seller Central, go to Help and search "Category Listing Report."

  2. Submit an activation request under Get Support, then Selling on Amazon, then Investigate other product, listing, or inventory issues.

  3. Wait for approval. It's usually same day, sometimes up to 24 hours.

  4. Once active, go to Inventory, then Inventory Reports, then Category Listing Report. Pick your category and download.

The instant version for a single ASIN

Don't want to wait on Amazon's clock for one listing? There's a faster way to check a single ASIN right now. Log into Seller Central, then in that same browser tab, paste this URL and swap in your real ASIN:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abis/ajax/reconciledDetailsV2?asin=XXXXXXXX

Amazon hands back the raw reconciled backend data for that one product instantly. It's the same underlying truth as the full CLR, just scoped to a single listing instead of your whole category. Use it to triage a suspicious listing the moment you spot it, instead of filing a request and waiting.

The part nobody warns you about

Here's where most sellers get stuck. Once you actually have a Category Listing Report in hand, it doesn't tell you what to do with it. You get a wall of columns tied to ITKs, item type keywords that determine which flat file template your product actually needs, with zero explanation of what any of it means. Sellers open the file, see cryptic headers, and close it right back up.

That's the exact gap Vanessa Hung built her free tool to close. It's live at flatfiletransfer.com. Upload your Category Listing Report and it instantly tells you which ITKs your catalog is actually using, groups them into families, and shows you product counts for each one.

Instead of guessing which flat file template to download and hoping it matches, you know in seconds. Nothing gets stored on their end, it just reads your file and hands you the answer. If Amazon gives you the report as a plain text or CSV file, open it and save it as an Excel file first so the tool can read it.

Vanessa is one of the BDSS Dream 100 members, and this is exactly the kind of tactical, in-the-weeds knowledge we bring into the Billion Dollar Sellers Club.

🛍️ META GOES LIVE with MUSE with SHOPIFY INTEGRATION

Meta went live this week with Muse, a personal AI agent built "for everyone." No waitlist, no setup, no learning curve. Talk to it in the Muse app or through WhatsApp like you're texting a friend, and it handles the task.

Here's the part that should matter to you: Muse ships with Link, Stripe's checkout tool, wired straight into the agent so it can pay at checkout without you touching a card. Meta just put a wallet inside a chat window and told it to go buy things.

Shopify didn't wait around. Within hours of Muse going live, it announced merchants are already inside it. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. If your products sit in Shopify Catalog and you ship to the US, you're already part of what Muse recommends.

Ask it for a birthday gift under $75, and your products flow through automatically, checkout included, Shop Pay and all, landing in your admin like any other channel.

An app that didn't exist yesterday launched today with millions of Shopify products already shoppable inside it. That's the real headline here.

These agents pull from structured catalog data, not your listing copy. Muse reads fields: title, price, availability, category. Clean data wins. Messy data disappears.

Every major platform is racing to put an AI agent between the shopper and the buy button

If you sell on Shopify, or you've been on the fence about a storefront there alongside Amazon, treat this as the nudge:

🥃 PARTING SHOT

“Most people give up just when they’re about to achieve success. They quit on the one yard line. They give up at the last minute of the game, one foot from a winning touchdown.”

H. Ross Perot
